Xiaopu — Trade operations assistant
Xiaopu is an internal WeChat mini-program for Depower’s export desk. It is not a consumer shop.

A workspace for export teams.
Xiaopu is built for the people who move Depower products from China to Europe. It gathers the day’s operational work in one WeChat mini-program, instead of spreading it across separate tables and chats.
What it does
The working modules.
These are the functions in the current mini-program — described as they actually work, without extra claims.

Task management
Create, list and open team tasks: description, assignees, start and due dates, progress and priority. Records are written to the team’s Feishu task table.

Spending
Log procurement expenses, see the current month at a glance, and keep quarterly sheets in order. Totals are calculated in the form and checked again when the record is saved.

Europe operations board
A board for the European destination: local time and weather around the warehouse, together with industry news that the export desk actually uses.

Sea-freight quotes
Enter volume, weight and ports to produce a reference cost for full-container or consolidation shipments. Last-mile delivery can be flagged; the actual last-mile price is confirmed separately.

Sailing-window risk
Assess a planned sailing on the fixed route Ningbo → Rotterdam → the Dutch warehouse. The mini-program weighs seasonal and calendar risk and can recommend bringing the shipment forward or holding it back.

Shipment follow-up
Track a container, compare planned and actual arrival, open a map preview, and write an after-action review when a sailing is delayed.

Issue feedback
A short form for bugs, interface problems or data errors, so the operations tool can be corrected without leaving WeChat.
Xiaopu runs as a WeChat mini-program and writes operational records to the team’s Feishu tables. It is intended for Depower’s export desk, not as a public download for garden customers.
