Privacy — a holding note.
This is not a finished privacy policy and is not a legal opinion. It describes how the first version of the site is built.
The public pages are static files. This version does not set analytics cookies and does not load a statistics script. Two product films are hosted on this same server and load only after you choose Play; they do not call YouTube or another third-party player. The map opens Google Maps only after you choose the link.
The enquiry fields do not submit data to our servers. If you write to us by email, your message is handled in ordinary email correspondence.
A complete policy still needs the company to confirm:
- The legal entity that acts as controller
- Whether a representative or data-protection contact will be named
- How long email correspondence is kept
- Whether Matomo or another analytics tool will be introduced, and on what legal basis
- How requests for access, correction or erasure will be handled
- Whether any processors (hosting, email, shop) must be listed
Analytics is reserved in the site configuration and remains switched off until that review is complete.
